Balloon Studio Prep & Inventory Assistant
Schedule: Wednesday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Delivery, Install, Takedown & Shop Maintenance Assistant
Schedule: Part-time, event-based position averaging 2–3 days per week. Hours may increase during busy weeks and may include evenings or weekends.

Compensation

Training Period (First 30-60 Days)

$12.50 per hour

Training and Evaluation

New team members begin with a paid training period at $12.50 per hour. Progress will be reviewed throughout training, including formal check-ins around 30 and 60 days.

Team members who successfully demonstrate the core skills, reliability, and professionalism required for their position may advance to a regular role starting at $15.00 per hour.

A comprehensive 90-day evaluation will be used to discuss continued employment, role placement, responsibilities, scheduling, and future specialty-training opportunities.

As team members develop their skills, they may have opportunities to train for specialized positions, including:

Balloon Studio Prep Specialist
Custom Accent Specialist
260 Art Specialist

Specialized roles may include increased responsibilities and higher pay based on skill level and business needs.

Additional growth opportunities may become available as Simply Balloons continues to grow.
