ORDERING AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION

All orders and inquiries should be made with our California facility at the email, web chat, or phone addresses shown below.

TERMS

Unless otherwise agreed, customers with approved credit will receive Net 30 payment terms. A 1.5% per month service charge will be added on past due accounts. Customers are responsible for total payment in full. Customers are prohibited from discounting the total amount due with unapproved credits. All approved credits will be administered separately by Labcon.

SHIPPING

All orders placed with us are shipped EX WORKS, our warehouse, Petaluma, California, U.S.A. An additional charge will be assessed for any orders requested to be shipped by you for other freight terms or that require special documentation unless agreed to by Labcon beforehand in writing. Contact us for any shipping requirements that are not EX WORKS.

FREIGHT CLAIMS

Shipments leave our warehouse in good condition. Any cartons showing external damage should be refused, or the damage should be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. Missing cartons should be noted on all copies of the Bill of Lading. Labcon is willing to assist you in processing claims for loss or damage, however it is your responsibility to file any freight claims with the carrier within 10 days of delivery and to collect from the carrier any money owed.

RETURNS

Discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Product returns are accepted with prior authorization only. Please contact Labcon for forwarding instructions. Product being returned for any reason other than defects must be returned within 90 days of purchase. We will not accept returns older than 90 days. A 20% restocking fee may apply. Labcon will not issue a credit memo until all product is received and inspected by our quality department and deemed good product.

WARRANTY

Labcon warrants that all plastic disposables listed in our catalog are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Should any item fail to perform satisfactorily in the use for which it was intended, please contact us immediately with full details including lot numbers, quantities, invoice dates, photos, and a description of the process leading to the failure. You may file a complaint at www.labcon.com/problemreport.html

PRICING

Prices are valid for the periods shown on our price lists only. In all cases the prices shown in our system prevail over any quoted or printed pricing should they differ. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

PROOF OF DELIVERY

Proof of delivery requests must be submitted within 30 days after invoice date for US orders and within 45 days of invoice date for orders outside the USA.

DROP SHIPS

A fee will be assessed for any drop ship requests and will be added to invoices as appropriate.

CERTIFICATES

Certificates for Labcon products are available online at www.labcon.com/certificates.html A charge will be assessed for any requests you make for custom certificates, paperwork, surveys, documentation, lab tests, or other materials that are not legally required under US or California law beyond that material shown on our website.
