If you have hunted or plan to hunt at Kiowa Creek, please upload your Hunter Safety Card OR a current/expired hunting license with hunter safety number listed on it. (For a Colorado license, this is the Firearm number, NOT the CID.)

Hunter Safety is not required for sporting clays.

PLEASE NOTE: If the form returns a message stating no duplicates are allowed, this means you are already in our system and do not need to complete another waiver. Please do not enter another phone number. If changes are needed to your record, reach out to us at 303-644-4627.

I grant Kiowa Creek Sporting Club permission to use my photograph publicly for promotional purposes. I understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.

NON-COMPLIANCE WITH ANY OF THE RULES STATED ABOVE WILL RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE HUNT AND THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE HUNT WILL BE CHARGED.

Contract for Release

WHEREAS, the undersigned desires to release certain parties from any damages that may arise, directly and indirectly, as the result of his participating in activities offered by KIOWA CREEK SPORTING CLUB, INC., fully realizing the inherent danger in any type of sporting event of this nature.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of being allowed to participate in said activities, the undersigned does hereby release and forever discharge KIOWA CREEK SPORTING CLUB, INC., its officers, directors, employees, guides, and all land owners upon whose land they may be shooting, from any and all manner of actions, causes of actions, claims and demands whatsoever, for any personal injury or property damage of any kind whatsoever, in law and equity, which may arise now or in the future as a result of, or pertaining to, or otherwise related to the undersigned's participation in said hunt or any of its activities. However, I reserve all rights, claims, causes of action, or suits against all other persons who by negligence, mistake or willful misconduct cause any personal injury, death or property damage. In the event I breach this agreement and wrongfully bring an action against anyone released herein, I agree to indemnify such person for all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred in the defense of such action.

If this Release of Liability relates to a minor, the undersigned parent or legal guardian assume full responsibility for the actions of such minor. This release of Liability shall be continuing and in full force at all times that I am participating at KIOWA CREEK SPORTING CLUB, INC., in any manner.

I have received, read and understand the official rules and regulations of KIOWA CREEK SPORTING CLUB, INC., and agree to abide by the provisions contained therein.
